Rock Solid’s sire, Rosenthal, is the leading sire of premium foals and mares in North America. His daughter, Rondevoux, was the first American-bred mare to earn the "Special Premium" title. He also has several Verband Premium daughters. Rosenthal is sired by Rubenstein I, who is legendary in dressage breeding. Rubenstein has numerous wins at Grand Prix, and was a member of the 1996 Olympic Team. He has sired 89 States Premium mares and 66 stallion approved sons and was father of top auction horses. Rock Solid’s Dam, Parabola, is a half-sister to the famous Elfi, who has produced the stallion Depardie. This dam line is the esteemed Abita Stamm line of Hannover. Parabola’s sire, Parabol, was licensing Reserve Champion and 100-Day Test Champion. He was the Oldenburg Main Premium winner as a 4 y.o. in 1990. He left a show jumping career in Germany for a dressage career in the U.S.A. Parabol was the 1991 HOY for 3rd level and was ranked 4th with the German FN for stallions in his age group in 19. He was a top ten finalist for the Pan Am Games in 1995. Parabol has sired several States Premium mares and successful offspring competing in eventing, hunters and dressage.
Rock Solid completed his 70 day test in 2011. Highlights were Character 9.5, Temperament 9.5, Rideability 9.0, Walk 8.5, Trot 9.0, Canter 9.0, in the same year he also competed in the FEI 5 y.o Y/H program and received a qualifying score.
In 2012 Rock Solid competed at 2-3 and won his classes with scores in the 70’s and was high score Grand Champion.
In 2013 Rock Solid won 12 of his 14 Classes at 3rd and 4th level. The two classes that he did not win he took 2nd’s and was Reserve Champion. Rock Solid Qualified for 3rd and 4th level Regional 2 Championships at Lamplight Equestrian Center and was 5th and 6th respectively. He qualified for National’s at 3rd level and placed 12th overall.
In 2014 Rock Solid started his season in Florida and won his first PSG class at the Adequan Dressage Festival. He won every PSG class he entered in 2014 and qualified for the USEF National Developing PSG classes with two 2nd place wins with 70+%. He placed 4th in the National USEF Developing PSG classes at Lamplight and was GOV High Score Oldenburg for this division! He also qualified for Regionals with two I-1
1st place wins with one being a 71.0%! His overall USDF final standing in PSG was a 70+%. He was USDF 2014 GOV National Champion for All Breeds Awards for PSG as well.
In 2015 Rock Solid was picked as Cover of Passage Magazine as a US bred American Stallion. He had a 6 page story written about all of his wins and offspring.

Rock Solid’s Offspring are versatile in disciplines! His first foal, a colt, Rock Royale in 2013 is stunning and received a Premium grading. Comments from the Inspector’s were, “Very Correct” and “Beautiful”! In 2014 Rock Royale was 2nd in the country for the Spy Coast Farm Young Horse Series in the Yearling in hand/at liberty with a score of 9.03! He will be shown in 2020 and we are looking forward to getting his scores for full stallion approval. Rock Solid had a stunning 2014 filly out of a TB mare, Dames Ingrid’s Solid Dancer , she is a 5 YO now. Ingrid has achieved her Verband Premium status through her MPT and is schooling Preliminary level in Eventing! . His 2nd daughter under Saddle is Royal Heiress. In 2019 she won 11 of her 14 classes in Training level and the Y/H 4 YO’s, she was 2nd in the other 3 classes. She was 9th in the Y/H National 4 YO Championships, Champion in Training Level for Region 2 and Reserve Champion USDF Nationals Training level! Heiress did not have one score under 71.8% and scores up to 83.4%. In 2020 Royal Heiress had scores up to 81% in First level, 74% in Second Level and scored and 84+% in the 5 Yo Young Horse Nationals. She was the top scoring horse in the Country going into Nationals. We have a hand full of babies still under the age of 3 yo, so looking forward to what they will do in the show ring as well,
